The Itinerary:

Day 1 – Galveston, Texas
Welcome to this historic Gulf Coast island, just about an hour from Houston and its major airports (IAH/Hobby) for easy fly-in/fly-out access. Stroll 32 miles of beaches, explore The Strand’s shops and Victorian architecture, or jump-start vacation mode with paddleboarding, kayaking, or a sunset walk by the pier.
Day 2 – At Sea (Cruising)
Settle into ship life. Try craft cocktails at Metropolitan Bar, enjoy ocean views along Ocean Boulevard, or sample complimentary dining. Thrill-seekers can hit the slides or book time on the race track; relaxation-seekers can unwind by the pool or visit Mandara Spa’s Thermal Suite (fee).
Day 3 – Cozumel, Mexico
Famous for clear waters and coral reefs, Cozumel offers excellent snorkeling and diving, beach clubs, and easy access to San Miguel’s shops and cafés. You can also combine a beach day with Mayan culture on select excursions.
Day 4 – Harvest Caye, Belize
Spend the day on Norwegian’s 75-acre island destination with a wide beach, lagoon water sports, zipline, and a massive pool with a swim-up bar. Excursions to the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef are popular options.
Day 5 – Roatán (Bay Islands), Honduras
Lush and laid-back, Roatán is known for its marine life and beautiful beaches like West Bay. Choose from snorkeling, diving, wildlife encounters, or a relaxing day in the sand.
Day 6 – Costa Maya, Mexico
Enjoy soft-sand beaches and the mellow seaside town of Mahahual. Explore nearby Mayan ruins, book an ATV adventure, or unwind at a beach club or spa.
Day 7 – At Sea (Cruising)
One more full day to do it all—or nothing at all. Catch a matinee, try a new restaurant, hit mini-golf, or simply soak in the views from the Observation Lounge and Infinity Beach.
Day 8 – Galveston, Texas (Disembarkation)
Arrive back in Galveston. Say farewell to Norwegian Viva and start planning your next adventure.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What do you recommend for flights?

We strongly recommend you fly into Houston the day before the cruise. If you plan to fly back the same day as disembarkation, we suggest it departs at 1pm or later.

What do you recommend for transportation to and from the cruise port?

Rideshare services like Uber or Lyft work well. Otherwise, we can also help with private transportation.

Can I extend my stay before or after the cruise?

Yes, please let us know when you finalize your reservation, and we would be happy to provide recommendations.

What is the payment schedule?

A $125 per person deposit is due at reservation. The remaining balance is due on November 25th.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, please let us know of any dietary restrictions at the time of your reservation.

Is travel insurance available?

Travel insurance is not included, but a quote for a plan can be sent upon request. It is recommended that you purchase a plan within 14 days of your deposit.
