Meet Tom Demeter
Hi! I’m Tom Demeter, Executive Director of Tropic Arrow Travel.
My passion for travel started as a teenager. I’ll never forget the first time I saw the beautiful beach destinations on my first Royal Caribbean cruise.
Since that time, I’ve taken every chance to visit tropical destinations like Hawaii, Cancun, and the Caribbean, experiencing their top resorts, cruise ships, unique excursions, and incredible natural beauty. I use this first-hand knowledge to plan unforgettable vacations for my clients.

I started Tropic Arrow Travel to help others enjoy stress-free, perfectly planned getaways. As a Certified Leisure Travel Specialist and Certified Group Travel Specialist, I work with couples, families, and groups to create trips that match their style and interests. My background in group events and hospitality with the Milwaukee Bucks and Arizona Diamondbacks gave me the skills to organize everything from destination weddings to school trips, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
